With over 51 years of experience in paediatrics, is a dedicated and experienced paediatrician committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare for children from infancy through adolescence. Her extensive clinical background, combined with her passion for child development and breastfeeding support, has made her a trusted healthcare professional among families for generations.

Dr. Koe graduated with an MBBS from the University of Singapore in 1971, followed by a Master of Medicine (Paediatrics) in 1975 and MRCP (Paediatrics) in 1979. She began her medical career in Singapore, serving as a House Officer, Medical Officer, and Paediatric Registrar at the Middle Road Skin Hospital before joining PPUM as a Paediatric Lecturer from 1978 to 1981. Since 1982, she has been in private paediatric practice.
